14-days Hassle Free Returns 

All purchases made through our online store can be returned to us, hassle-free within 14 days for an exchange or refund. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You must ensure items have original tags and labels attached and they returned to us in the original packaging.

 

Damaged Goods

If in the unlikely case your order arrives damaged or the item has defects, then please ensure you take pictures immediately and send these to us via our ‘Contact Us’ page. We can offer a replacement, store credit with discount off your next order, or full refund for damaged/defected items that are returned to us.

Please Note: If the item is damaged or faulty when received, we will reimburse the postage costs to the buyer once we receive the item back (this is subject to checks and approval).

 

Refunds

Once you have returned your item to us, it will be inspected. We will send you an email once we have checked over your return and have approved your refund. 

All refunds are automatically returned to your original method of payment used to make your purchase. Please allow up 14 days for refunds to be processed from the date they are sent back, as they go through our returns department for inspection. Once your refund is approved, you must then allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed through your banking system and show back on your account. 


If you are due a refund and more than 14 days have elapsed since your refund notification, then please contact us with your original order number and we will look into the matter.

 

Sale items

Sales items can only be returned for exchange or store credit. No refunds are given on sale items & marked items.

Should you wish to return a sale item for exchange, then this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

Returning your Item

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your item back to the sender address as our warehouses cannot accept returned items and they must be sent to us direct to our head office.

We advise to send items back to us for exchange or refund using an insured & tracked courier service. We are not responsible for items which are lost in the post when returned to us if a non-tracking service has been used.
